First、 Curved Belt

Reasons for formation:

  1. Uneven wear of steel buckles
  2. Uneven yarn pulling
  3. The position of the steel buckle is wrong
  4. Wrong yarn joining method

Precaution:

  1. The steel buckle wearing method must be in accordance with the formal wearing method, group 1 or group 2 wearing method.
  2. Pull the larger and looser side away until it is as flat as the other side or less than 1-5 turns.
  3. The distance between the steel buckle and the knitting needle is generally a short distance.
  4. According to the needs of the webbing, it can be divided into upper and lower layers, or divided into left and right, and generally must be divided into upper and lower.

Reasons for formation:

  1. The steel buckle is unevenly threaded, too much thread is worn on both sides, and too little thread is worn in the middle.
  2. The steel buckle is too big and the weft yarn is too tight.

  4. The yarn splicing method is wrong, and the balance of pressure drop is not good.

Precaution:

  1. Choose standard steel buckle and wear it according to 1 group or 2 groups.
  2. Select the steel buckle to wear according to the width of the webbing.
  3. Swap the middle and two sides of the yarn, or pull the middle looser.
  4. It needs to be connected according to the webbing method.

Third、Bad stitch

Reasons for formation:

  1. Uneven thickness of weft yarn:
  2. The needle needle is attached incorrectly, too long or too short
  3. The pan head moves abnormally, sometimes tight and sometimes loose.
  4. The weft yarn wheel is not round enough and has been deformed.
  5. The knitting needle is fixed and worn.

Precaution:

  1. Change another weft yarn.
  2. The knitting needle is long and short according to the thickness of the webbing. Generally speaking, the length of the knitting needle can be just returned.
  3. Fix the two sides of the pan head firmly, do not let the pan head lean against the iron frame on both sides.
  4. Changed the new weft wheel
  5. Change the fixing rod or process it.

Fourth、Fluff

Reasons for formation:

Precaution:

  1. The needle board takes a long time and is damaged. A new needle board has been replaced; the knitting needle has been damaged and a new needle has been replaced; the pressure plate is pressed too tightly and the pressure plate is loosened; the weft yarn is not hung up, adjust the distance between the weft needle and the knitting needle, so that the weft yarn can be hung up
  2. Hang the weft yarn on the steel buckle and put the weft yarn into the weft thread bar; if the steel buckle is damaged, replace it with another steel buckle; the raw material itself has hair, if it is partly fluffed, replace the fluff, if too much fuzz, finish it After the goods, do a full inspection belt.
  3. If the weft needle is damaged, replace it with a gauze, or hit it with gauze; if the steel buckle is damaged, hit it with gauze, or replace the steel buckle; the brown wire piece is damaged or the stop piece is damaged, and a new one has been replaced.

Reasons for formation:

  1. The thickness of raw materials is uneven, making the webbing big and small.
  2. The steel buckle is too big or too little to make the webbing size.
  3. The weft wheel loosens during operation.
  4. The weft yarn passes through the rod spring, and there is yarn wool inside.

Precaution:

  1. Always measure the width of the webbing, and adjust it immediately if you find that there is a failure
  2. Don’t wear steel buckle too big or too small
  3. Tighten and fix the weft yarn wheel
  4. Frequently loosen the spring outside so that the wool inside can come out.

Sixth、Yin and Yang colors

Reasons for formation:

  1. The raw materials have color difference.
  2. The pan head is unevenly pressed
  3. The steel buckle is worn unevenly

Precaution:

  1. You don’t need to change the fluff or the pan head
  2. Press the pan head heavy.
  3. Set the position of the weft needle in the middle of the opening.

Seventh、Jump stitch

Reasons for formation:

  1. The needle bar is not blocked
  2. The position of the weft needle and the knitting needle are not right

Precaution:

  1. Position the needle bar against the knitting needle
  2. Position the weft needles and knitting needles so that weft yarns can be completely hung up

Eighth、Easy to handle

Reasons for formation:

  1. The brown silk piece is too dirty
  2. All the belt shafts are too dirty
  3. All the places where the yarn passes are not clean enough

Precaution:

  1. The accessory room will receive facial tissues and chalk, and wipe the brown silk sheet clean.
  2. Scrub all over the belt shaft
  3. Scrub all the places where the yarn passes and the places that can be touched

Ninth、Waves on both sides

Reasons for formation:

  1. The steel buckle is worn unevenly, the yarn on both sides is small, and there is much yarn in the middle
  2. The steel buckle is too small

Precaution:

  1. Choose the appropriate steel buckle and wear it according to the normal wearing method
  2. The steel buckle is suitable for a little, don’t wear too much or too little

Tenth、Lines

Reasons for formation:

  1. The bottom yarn is thicker than the veil
  2. The steel buckle is not worn correctly, and the bottom yarn is not wrapped.
  3. The steel buckle is too thin, and there is too much yarn per empty space.

Precaution:

  1. Change the thicker bottom yarn to the side, or replace it without adding another one.
